I bought the backpack on a Friday and it was there by Sunday. The box itself was damaged during transport, but the backpack was so well packaged that it didn't sustain any damage. The backpack itself operates perfectly and looks exactly as pictured.
I had such a great experience when I went! I appreciated working with the associates I had (I unfortunately forgot to ask for his name) but he was very knowledgeable about every product I asked about and the current ups and downs of the TCG market! I enjoyed talking to him and buying/selling here!
